It’s not that it’s poor but I would like to see some improvement in the product. I find that it takes forever to get the release set up right and I can’t find the reason why it takes forever to compress, as I have it set up for about 90-100%, I’ve tried other products where this doesn’t happen as much but now I can’t figure out why it takes so long. I also find it very hard to control the frequency that the compressor responds to, it seems that it can’t be changed, and I use the steeper version a lot when compressing vocals. It doesn’t seem to respond to any sort of frequency as it should and seems to respond to almost all frequencies, like 500 hz plus, so that’s why I use the steeper version. I really like the nice snappy sounds that the compressor produces but I have to turn down the gain way too much.
